Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

Optispan ("we," "us," or "our") provides a preventive‑health and longevity platform that connects you with your care team and helps you track your health over time. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Optispan app collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Because Optispan handles health information, we treat the data you provide as sensitive and protect it accordingly. Please read this policy carefully.

Summary

• Optispan does collect personal and health information. It is a connected health app, not an offline tool.

• Your data is stored securely off‑device in our cloud backend so it is available to you and your care team across devices.

• We use trusted third‑party providers (cloud database, video‑visit, and payment providers) to operate the app.

• We do not use third‑party advertising, marketing analytics, or cross‑app tracking SDKs.

• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, based on the features you use.

a. Account and identity information

b. Demographic information

c. Health and medical information

When you use the app's health features, we collect and store the information you (or your care team) enter, including:

d. Connected device and wearable data (optional)

If you choose to connect a third‑party health device or service, we receive the health data you authorize that provider to share, such as:

Oura connects through its secure OAuth authorization flow — we never receive your Oura login credentials. Apple Health data is read on your device only after you grant permission in the iOS Health permission screen, and the app reads this data only (it does not write to Apple Health). You can disconnect Oura or revoke Apple Health access at any time.

e. Appointments, video visits, and clinical communication

f. Documents and photos

g. Payment information

h. Device permissions

The app requests the following device permissions, used only for the stated purpose:

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings.

Note: Optispan does not include third‑party advertising, marketing‑analytics, or crash‑reporting SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to provide and improve the Optispan service, specifically to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third‑party advertising.

3. Third‑Party Services

Optispan relies on the following third‑party service providers to operate. These providers may process your data on our behalf solely to deliver their service, and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations:
